Account Executive
The Account Manager will be part of a sales team and responsible for coordinating the launch of advertising campaigns, managing client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, looking for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell clients, assisting with prospecting, ensuring clients receive superior customer service, and renewing accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
* Coordinate with designated District Sales Manager to provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign.
* Qualify leads and prospective new clients
* Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
* Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
* Obtain performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing
Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn basic sales skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
* Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
* Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
Education / Experience:
* Bachelors degree
* 1-3 years experience
* Or relevant combination of education and experience.
